Your Content
You retain full ownership of all photos, videos, messages, and other content you upload to Memory Maker. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing you the service. We will never sell, share, or use your content for any other purpose.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or violates any third party's rights. You are responsible for all content you create and share using Memory Maker.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time, which will remove your data from our systems.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Memory Maker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memory Maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
